New York Fashion Week 2013

Working as a fashion apparel consultant always requires the updated knowledge of the happenings and the latest events around you.  For the same reason I was crawling today on some of the fashion related sources I found about the New York Fashion Week which is held in February and September of each year in New York City. It is one of four major fashion weeks held around the world (along with those in Paris, London, and Milan). 

Twice a year – in February’s snow-covered chill and then again in September’s sunshine – New York’s streets overflow with models, buyers, suppliers for different party dress like the cocktail party dresses suppliers and cute prom dress suppliers and fashion editors in a similar way . For both the Spring / Summer and the Fall / Winter collections, New York Fashion Week (NYFW) promotes America’s fashion talent to the world, from big name designers to up-and-coming talents. With official runways, after parties, and off-schedule events scattered across the city, New York Fashion Week brings a packed program year after year.

Dates for 2013 have been set for September 6 – 13, 2012 (Spring/Summer 2013) and February 7 – 14, 2013 (Fall/Winter 2013).
