Working as a fashion apparel consultant always requires the updated knowledge of the happenings and the latest events around you.  For the same reason I was crawling today on some of the fashion related sources I found about the New York Fashion Week which is held in February and September of each year in New York City. It is one of four major fashion weeks held around the world (along with those in Paris, London, and Milan). 

Twice a year – in February’s snow-covered chill and then again in September’s sunshine – New York’s streets overflow with models, buyers, suppliers for different party dress like the cocktail party dresses suppliers and cute prom dress suppliers and fashion editors in a similar way . For both the Spring / Summer and the Fall / Winter collections, New York Fashion Week (NYFW) promotes America’s fashion talent to the world, from big name designers to up-and-coming talents. Dates for 2013 have been set for September 6 – 13, 2012 (Spring/Summer 2013) and February 7 – 14, 2013 (Fall/Winter 2013).

I started the day with a healthy breakfast and head out for the office. I enjoyed all the way for my office and entered into the office on time. By creating a to-do list for priority and starting the computer i got engaged with my colleagues for new day greeting and some daily routine talks. That I concluded for some potential buyers in hand - contacted and talked to them and acquire the email of them in that way to send them company details and clothing collection, then onwards I replied some the more emails I received and made a pleasant end of the in office and took off.      

Well the winter is on its peak and now we have started to come to the office with wearing colorful and warmth winter clothing. Same with I came today in office with my new jacket which is of denim fabric made in blue color with some studs on shoulder. It looks great and I was so excited for wearing that and also got very  appraising words from my colleagues that made me realized this too I invested on a very right thing.

After started the computer and arranging all the necessary documents, I listed down some priories works to do. Then I got engaged in checking my inbox and replying the priorities important emails onwards,, during the process I read an inquiry from Ms Hila, she was from Israel and asking for our ladies fashion clothing and was mentioned in her email that she is seeking the supplier who supports the e-commerce’s and retailers. I communicated onwards with all the necessary details and sent her especially a very good quote from our cute prom dress and cocktail party dresses. I found her a marketing individual running her own online and offline fashion store. 

It felt me very much glad that the E-Commerce is really empowering the women employment and jobs and fulfilling the gaps into the untapped market segments for suppliers such as I found her in Israel and also creating a bridge for the buyers for sourcing and contacting the suppliers worldwide and country specific. She was a fashion retailer and doing the business online and creating a source of number of suppliers such as me as a party or cocktail party dress suppliers to promote and have access to the far across untouched - market segment. 

I sent her all the supportive information and offers as a wholesaler we could provide and now we are still communicating and discussing the other business areas by hoping to understand more the business and to cultivate a good business relationship. Really the E-Commerce has brought us a broad view, fast ways to interact and communicate each other and to get to the areas easily online which would occurred expensive in reaching them physically and require time.  

Maintaining the fashion being trendy is not an easy job. I had been realizing it by observing readings and fashion trendy clothes from websites and in different magazines.
